Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the Nulled Data Systems custom Discord bot(s) (“the Bot”), including optional features such as a Minecraft chat bridge and support ticketing, the web dashboard, monitoring agents, and APIs at api.nulled.ac (together, the “Service”). By inviting the Bot to a Discord server, using relayed chat, opening a ticket, using Bot commands, or using the dashboard, you agree to these Terms.

The Bot is a third-party application. We are not owned by or affiliated with Discord Inc., Mojang Studios, or Microsoft. Your use of Discord remains governed by Discord’s Terms and Community Guidelines. Minecraft gameplay remains subject to the Minecraft Usage Guidelines and applicable EULA.

1. Who must follow these Terms

• Server owners and administrators who add or configure the Bot.
• Members who run Bot commands, send messages through the Minecraft chat bridge, or open support tickets.
• Minecraft players whose in-game chat is relayed to Discord when the bridge is enabled.
• Authorized operators who use the web dashboard or infrastructure agents.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Discord. Administrative features are only for users explicitly granted permission by server staff or service operators.

2. What the Bot does

Nulled Data Systems is a custom utility and administration bot for authorized communities. Depending on configuration and granted permissions, features may include:

• Infrastructure and server status commands (nds status, nds servers).
• Permission management (nds grant, nds revoke, nds perms).
• Account linking and panel access helpers (nds link, nds account).
• Owner-only host commands such as remote shell and service restart, where enabled.
• Minecraft chat bridge — relay messages between linked Discord channels and a Minecraft server’s in-game chat.
• Support ticketing — create private ticket channels or threads for member support requests.
• Optional web dashboard access for monitoring and administration.

The Bot is not a replacement for Discord’s built-in safety tools or Mojang’s moderation. Server staff remain responsible for their community’s rules, in-game chat, and ticket handling.

3. Minecraft chat bridge

When server administrators enable the bridge:

• Messages you post in linked Discord channels may appear in Minecraft in-game chat, and vice versa.
• Your Discord display name, linked Minecraft username, or configured relay prefix may be shown to players on both platforms.
• You must follow both Discord community rules and the linked Minecraft server’s rules. Harassment, hate speech, spam, scams, and illegal content are prohibited on the bridge.
• Administrators may filter, log, or disable the bridge at any time. We do not guarantee delivery, ordering, or uptime of relayed messages.
• We are not liable for actions taken by Minecraft server operators, plugins, or players based on relayed chat content.

4. Support ticketing system

When you open a ticket through the Bot:

• You consent to the creation of a private channel or thread visible to you and authorized staff.
• Staff may request information needed to resolve your issue. Provide accurate information and do not share passwords or payment card numbers in tickets.
• Server administrators decide ticket categories, staff access, and how long transcripts are kept.
• Abusing the ticket system (spam tickets, false reports, harassment of staff) may result in ticket access being revoked or server moderation action.
• We facilitate the ticketing tool but are not responsible for the quality, outcome, or response time of support provided by community staff.

5. Server owner & administrator responsibilities

By adding the Bot, server owners and administrators agree that:

• They have authority to invite bots and configure integrations in that server.
• They control which members receive elevated permissions through nds grant and related tools.
• They will not grant permissions to users who should not access infrastructure or admin features.
• They are responsible for informing members that the Bot processes command, chat relay, and ticket data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• They configure which channels relay to Minecraft and which roles may access tickets.
• They may remove the Bot at any time if they no longer accept these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Break Discord’s Terms, spam commands, harass users, or distribute malware.
• Access hosts, accounts, or data you are not permitted to use.
• Abuse shell, restart, or other privileged commands.
• Circumvent permission ranks, API keys, or agent credentials.
• Overload or attack our API, database, or Bot infrastructure.
• Impersonate the Bot, our operators, Discord staff, or Minecraft server staff.
• Use the Minecraft bridge to advertise, phish, dox, or send malware links to in-game or Discord users.
• Flood tickets, reopen closed tickets without cause, or use tickets to bypass moderation.

We may revoke permissions, block users, disable chat relay, remove the Bot from cooperation with a server, or suspend dashboard access if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated.

7. Permissions & command access

The Bot uses a rank and permission system configured per server. Commands check your Discord user ID and roles before running. Denied commands will not execute. Granting powerful permissions (for example shell or restart) is entirely at the discretion of server administrators and service owners.

8. Infrastructure agents & dashboard

If you install an NDS monitoring agent or use the dashboard, you represent that you have authority over those systems. You are responsible for securing keys, env files, and network access. We are not liable for downtime, misconfiguration, or data loss on systems you administer.

9. Availability & changes

We may modify, limit, or discontinue Bot commands, dashboard features, or API endpoints at any time. Discord may also change APIs or revoke access without notice. The Service is provided without a guaranteed uptime SLA.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE BOT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NULLED DATA SYSTEMS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM USE OF THE BOT OR SERVICE — INCLUDING RELAYED MINECRAFT OR DISCORD MESSAGES, TICKET RESPONSES, OR ACTIONS TAKEN (OR NOT TAKEN) BASED ON BOT OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

Server administrators and users who misuse the Service agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nulled Data Systems from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from that misuse or violation of these Terms, Discord’s terms, or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service by removing the Bot from your server and revoking dashboard access. We may terminate or restrict access at any time. Provisions that should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) will survive termination.

14. Intellectual property

The Bot, branding, dashboard, and documentation belong to Nulled Data Systems or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You grant us a limited license to process content you submit through commands as needed to operate the Service.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Nulled Data Systems, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Material changes may be announced in a support server or dashboard. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
